Our Part in Missions

"Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations." Matthew 28:19

Our congregation takes seriously Jesus' command to go into all the world to make disciples. Currently we support several ministries beyond our own church walls and a number of missionaries who serve overseas. These people are sharing the Gospel on local college campuses and universities while others are serving in countries where Christianity is not well known and in some places openly opposed.

In January of each year we encourage people to attend the Church Missionary Society's convention. During the month of November we raise awareness of missionary work. Throughout the year our Home Groups adopt the missionaries and pray for them regularly.
