Who is Col? Col was the Director of the Ministry Training Strategy (MTS) for many years, and is author of many key ministry tools, including ‘Growth Groups’ and the ’The Trellis and the Vine.’ With his wife Jacquie, Col is part of Morning Church at Engadine.
