YOUTH GROUP OUTINGS

On the 16th of September EAC Youth is having multiple outings on Friday night

Below is a list of the outings with a link to more information and a permission form for each outing. As the events are off site, it is required that each youth have a parent/guardian sign the permission form in order for them to be able to participate

Our leaders are trained in safe ministry and follow our diocese safe ministry guidelines including the social media and online communication policy you can find here:

• Yr 7 boys and girls go climbing - permission form.

• Yr 8 boys, yr 8/9/10/11 girls go bowling - permission form.

• Yr 9 and 10 boys go on a shire maccas tour - permission form.

• Yr 11 boys go to the driving range - permission form.

• Yr 12 girls night - permission form.

• Yr 12 boys - Boujee dinner in the city - permission form.
  

If this outing will be the first time your youth joins in on our youth group then i ask you to please fill out an enduring youth permission form so that we have all the information we need to best look after your youth including the contact details of parents in case of emergency.
